boxing with the powerful kick techniques of Taekwondo. Cardio-Kickboxing
sessions focuses the student's speed, power and capabilities by bringing
them to a higher level of efficiency. Students learn various hand and kick
combinations, while developing footwork and timing. The highly motivating
classes are an excellent source of fitness for men and women. It concentrates
on weight loss, muscle toning and great cardiovascular workout, all
while learning self-defense.

jabbing, kicking, punching and blocking. You're not just mindlessly dancing
